The development of Uniontown Rolling Hills is moving forward as planned. We have added this section of the site to keep you informed of the progress.

August 20th: Utility installation was begun by Roach Construction.

September 7th: Water main installation for Phase 1 has been completed.

September 24th: Sewer main installation for Phase 1 completed, installation of electric, phone, cable and natural gas started.

October 12th: Installation of electric, phone, cable and natural gas service for phase 1 completed.

October 26th: Roadway base completed by Roach Construction and ready for curbs and paving for phase 1.

November 9: The curb work by Eisinger Construction is under way.

 

 

 

 

 

 

December 4: The weather warmed up on December 4 and 5 enabling HERCO Inc. to complete the paving of phase 1 of the subdivision.

 

 

March 2008: The electrical service is being connected.  Soon the street lights and street signs will be installed and the entry landscaping will be started.  The finish grading will be started as soon as ground conditions permit.

 

                                                   

March 17:  Construction of the first house was started this week.

 

 

 

                            April 3rd: Foundation installed and ready to build.

 

 

 

 

April 11: Street lights being installed

 

 

 

 

May 3rd Home ready for finishing work.

 

 

 

 

July Entry landscaping being installed.
