The development work

Utility installation was begun by Roach Construction in August 2007.

Water and sewer main installation for Phase 1 was completed in September.

Installation of electric, phone, cable and natural gas service for phase 1 was completed in October.

 

 

 

 

 

Roadway construction was completed in October and November.  The base was prepared by Roach Construction and the curb work was completed by Eisinger Construction. HERCO Inc. completed the paving of phase 1 of the subdivision.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In spring 2008 the electrical service was connected and the street lights were installed. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Construction of the first house was also started in March 2008.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Entry landscaping was installed during the summer of 2008.
