Uniontown Rolling Hills has a variety of build-able lots available and ready for your custom home for the construction of the designs we have developed.  Lot sizes vary from 5,950 to 75,200 square feet (1.72 acres). Prices start at $32,500.  We encourage you to build a super energy efficient home and we can help you obtain rebates from Avista and tax credits from IRS when you build an energy efficient home and/or use alternative energy such as solar photovoltaic panels. If you build a house that is certified as that it meets energy star or similar energy efficiency standards, we will provide a $2,500 rebate on the purchase of your lot.

Electricity, cable, phone, natural gas, water and sewer utilities are available at each lot.

Lots 1 acre or larger may have livestock at the density of 1 large animal such as a horse or cow or 2 small animals such as sheep or alpacas per 20,000 square feet of pasture area.

Phase 1 lots are shaded grey on the map located to the left. Home construction may begin at any time on these lots..
