We encourage you to build a super energy efficient home. Electricity, cable, phone, natural gas, water and sewer utilities are available at each lot.
Lots 1 acre or larger may have livestock at the density of 1 large animal such as a horse or cow or 2 small animals such as sheep or alpacas per 20,000 square feet of pasture area.
