About Us

Through the development of Uniontown Rolling Hills, the goal is to create a new and vibrant neighborhood within the Uniontown community.  There is a deep commitment to preserve the history and charm of Uniontown while offering the chance for new neighbors to benefit from all that the town has to offer.

The Rolling Hills LLC was organized in 2006 and began the planning and development of the Rolling Hills neighborhood.  In August 2011 Hinkle Homes  took an option to purchase and develop the 19 lots that were ready for home construction.  Hinkle Homes has been building new homes for over 18 years and they are a leading Northwest Home Builder. The founder, John Hinkle believes that a home can reflect the personality of the home owner. while being built an affordable cost.   Hinkle Homes has developed plans from small cottages to large homes with 2,500 square feet of finished area.  They can work with a homebuyer to adjust their home plans to fit what the homeowner wants in their new home.
